   In 1987, Tara Grinna opened La Plage swimwear where she could design and sew couture swimwear. Her husband, Rune, joined the business in 1991 and managed the launch of the Tara Grinna Swimwear label which is now found in retail stores throughout the United States and abroad. Designing for real women, Grinna creates styles to flatter every figure, from one piece suits to tankinis, bandinis and other two piece suits with a variety of tops and bottoms.
Tara Grinna swimwear is sold as separates with a variety of tops sized to EE, and bottoms to size 18.

Made in the USAAll suits are made in the USA of the finest European fabrics and linings are buttery soft for added comfort.
No detail is overlooked.

    Just to let you know I have been a FAN of your designs for about 8 years now. I have about 12 of your suits. I am 49 years old and your suits give me a wonderful option for a 2 piece at my age, without looking foolish.
    I budget for at least two, sometimes 3 of your suites each year. All my friends can't wait to see what I find for the season.
